"In my 40+ years with State Farm, I have had agents in many cities in the US and in nearly all of them, I never had to use our insurance coverage. When we moved to Baldwin I reached out to Chris's office for coverage. Shortly after, a hail storm hit!! That is when you find out what insurance companies are made of. Long story short, I had a LOT of problems with the adjusters and after many calls, Chris stepped in and handled the issues for me. That hailstorm was in May of 2021. By 2022 I had all of the repairs completed. My house is beautiful again and if I could show you, MANY of my neighbors still have holes in their siding as they fight with their insurance companies and it is now 2024!! If you have read this far, and are looking for insurance - go to Chris. You just must. Melissa is on his team and she has been just absolutely great. "I filed a claim and Chris is never available. I call set up an appointment to talk to him on the phone he reschedules. It's been 8 weeks and my claim is not complete. I had to jump through so many hoops so I called a state farm agent from Hudson she talked to me right away. She explained what I needed to do next and by the end of the day my claim is complete. All of these other reviews are friends of his. Don't waste your time with this guy!! He might be a good guy but he is the worst insurance agent ever."

I had a minor car accident and Chris knew the answers to every question I asked like he had been studying for a test. He earned an A+ from me that day. My wife Nancee’ called and left a message and got a return call in less than 5 minutes that answered all her inquiries. Plus things are just as easy to communicate over email, which is not something in Nancee’s comfort level but they make it very comfortable. Nancee’ feels like she was personally taken care of, which can often be lost in an electronic communication. We were surprised to hear from that State Farm sells replacement healthcare for those 65 and over. That is something we are going to look into for our next enrollment.
