"In my 40+ years with State Farm, I have had agents in many cities in the US and in nearly all of them, I never had to use our insurance coverage. When we moved to Baldwin I reached out to Chris's office for coverage. Shortly after, a hail storm hit!! That is when you find out what insurance companies are made of. Long story short, I had a LOT of problems with the adjusters and after many calls, Chris stepped in and handled the issues for me. That hailstorm was in May of 2021. By 2022 I had all of the repairs completed. My house is beautiful again and if I could show you, MANY of my neighbors still have holes in their siding as they fight with their insurance companies and it is now 2024!! If you have read this far, and are looking for insurance - go to Chris. You just must. Melissa is on his team and she has been just absolutely great. Generally fixing everything I need in the first call. Then, I just met Logan this week. What a team. Chris and team, thank you for the great service you have given us!"

"I filed a claim and Chris is never available. I call set up an appointment to talk to him on the phone he reschedules. It's been 8 weeks and my claim is not complete. I had to jump through so many hoops so I called a state farm agent from Hudson she talked to me right away. She explained what I needed to do next and by the end of the day my claim is complete. All of these other reviews are friends of his. Don't waste your time with this guy!! He might be a good guy but he is the worst insurance agent ever."
